Quartz
If you desire the best countertop material, Quartz is the product of choice. Our Quartz of choice is American made Cambria, with its industry-leading innovation to create stunning natural stone masterpieces.
Quartz is actually harder than granite and thus, more durable. In fact, quartz is nearly indestructible, and because it isn’t porous like granite, it’s easy to keep your countertops relatively bacteria-free.
Solid Surface
Solid Surface countertops are a man-made material consisting of mineral dusts (mostly marble) mixed with a variety of plastic resins and pigments. Its main appeal is that it can create completely seamless countertops, unlike any other countertop surface. Our solid surface product of choice is Corian. Corian is completely non-porous and American made.
Granite
If you want unique Natural stone, Granite gives you the opportunity to express your personal style and taste. For all their beauty and durability, granite counters do have a few weaknesses. The most concerning problems can occur when the countertops are not sealed correctly or the sealant wears off without the counters being resealed. Granite is porous. Our top-notch Granite supplier seals the granite with a 15-year dry seal treatment which brings years of added protection.
Wood Countertops
Visually rich and warm to the touch, these natural beauties are making a comeback. They can be refinished. Knife scratches, deep gouges, even burn marks can be sanded out. Wood tops are porous if not properly sealed and may require refinishing based on their use.
Laminate Countertops
Though laminate is attractive to those watching their budgets, durability should be considered. You can get laminate in just about any color or pattern you can imagine, laminate can even be made to look like other materials. With the introduction of High Definition laminates now you can get laminate in color ranges and patterns that look just like granite. Laminate is non-porous as long as the liquid is kept away from the seams and there are no scratches that have penetrated the craft paper layers.
